Default keep blowing horn/brake fuse underhood

After I got my a/c system evacuated yesterday. The door/seatbelt light was flashing in my car. I researched it some and found out about the horn/brake fuse being blown under the hood. As soon as I replace it, It blows again. I have taken pff the horns, brake light switch, and all the brake bulbs and it still blows the fuses. Could they have messed up some wiring when they evacuated my system? Should I concentrate my search for a short in that general area? Or trace my horn and brake ground wires all through the car to look for any wire-to-metal contact? Or is there something else I am missing?
