Is it possible to run the vehicle without a CC? I am sick and tired of replacing CCs for my civic. Honda should own this problem and make a recall. Until then, screw them and the over bearing municipalities for failing the emission test for no fault of my own. I would like to install CC only before going for the emission test and then stow it away for the rest of the year until next inspection time. What d'ya say?
