Work on it....
what engine? fix any codes it's throwing, get it to stock oem standards and then maintain a reliable and satisfactory maintenance schedule

Lol. Trolling much? Oh no the paint looks bad its done for! If there's minimal rust, get some body work done, get it primered one color and do a tune up. Also, take that air filter off the intake mani and get some piping. That hot air intake is prolly netting you -3 hp. Other than that clean it up, do work son!

Words only good for a extra post count nice.
The car looks good man great start Like said before make sure the body is in good shape and running well. Instead of letting the engine go to **** to save for a swap do the opposite. Cant wait to see progress.

Time to start cleaning! Bust out some purple power and do somethin with those dang plug wires, they goin everywhere! Go find an si in the junkyard and snag the intake mani/distributor/injectors/resistor box/ecu/and the engine harness if possible.

I can not for the life of me get all the crap out of the corners of my hatch. I have a tendency to get annoyed at my Honda and almost pressure washed inside haha. wd40 will clean the engine bay nice. Good progress

Runs and drives, with a ZC motor for $450? I'd say you did pretty good, even if you do have to convert to PGMFI, it's still a pretty sweet deal. How bads the rust in total? I know mine had very little, just a slight bubble in the passenger corner and a small spot on the rocker, but the rear bumper support was rotted to almost totally nothing
