gas guage problem
when i fill my gas tank and begin to drive the gas guage drops to e and stays there until i reach about half tank and then works properly i think, and on top of that i smell gas, what could be the proble,

go to the junk yard and get a new one. It's easier to pull it and the temp guage all together and replace them with out taking off the needles.
