I was thinking for coilovers f&f type 2 coilovers I like the price and the 32 dampening adjustment and the ride height and preload adjustment I have a budget of $1000 what set of coilovers are the best in that budget for stancing the EF hatch

And even though I'm not with that trend, look into drop forks for the front. For the rear you can try adding DA lower control arms for some free negative camber.
