Default dpfi questions

hey i got a question about the tandem control vavle sensor on the back of the dpfi d15's.. does that plug just go dead in the obd0 harness when converting to obd1? is there any way to wire that up as a 3rd injector and just switch it at the ecu??? or just leave it be?? want to get this ball a rollin... thanks for you help.. also what are all the sensors on the obd2 gsr dual stage manifold other than the iab's under the bottom, whats the one located on top of the manifold?? any way to convert the tcv sensor to wire up either of those?

It does go dead and you can use the wires for whatever you want.
One of them may be a common ground so you can't use that one - I don't have a wiring diagram in front of me to check.
