Will a 92-95 Civic Radiator work in a 88-91 crx?
A 5th gen radiator came with my d16z6 swap, will it work alright in my 88 crx?? Its more compact than the huge one im using. The turbo is about 1/4 inch from the fins on the 4th gen. The 92-95 raditors sit to the side, it would free up a lot of space. Anyone doing this or know if it will work okay?

It will work. you just have to custom mount it and tip it back a little to clear stock hood. Or you could get one of those aftermarket traction bars. That Z10 and place racing makes and they have kits that are made to fit the 92-95 civic rad.

From what I understand it is an option for Z10 to have the 92-up radiator mounts. This is no good? If not I don't want the bars anymore....

I used a DA dual core.. nice and thick.. fan rarely kicked on... until I got my b16 though....

Way too tall in the original spot. Had to lean it back AND turn it. No flames for the ghetto mount. I needed it to work THAT day, and plan to make it better this weekend. Oh, and right there, not even close to Slave cylinder or header (I had trimmed off the fan shroud earlier though.
Only bad thing is the fan doesn't bolt up right. Fits, but you have to be creative

anyone have pics of the neon radiator installed on a crx.....also what mods need to be done to get it to work.....
