damn seatbelt alarm..
my seatbelt alarm will not stop buzzing in my 91 civic....seatbelts are buckled, doors are slammed shut. ive searched plenty of times, and everyone keeps saying to open up the rear view mirror which i did, nothings there...i unplugged the wires under each seat..still beeps...i looked for an hour under the dash for anything that looks like a buzzer/piezo speaker..nothing..
anyone who can find a true answer on how to shut that damn beep off will be so appreciated

It's up there man...I had the same problem as you. I put a new door on and had the beeping.
I don't remember 100% how where it was, but take those screws out.
I'm pretty sure that the plug is right there once you drop the mirror down.
I also had to pull my cluster and take the bulb for the flashing seatbelt light.

check the fuses under the hood and under dash. i had the same problem, did everything and couldn't get it to go away. when my horn didn't work i checked the fuse for that and it went out. replaced it and the beeping stopped

If you have a 91 sedan, I suspect you probably have those auto retracting seat belts. If you do, your beeping is coming from the seat belt controller which is mounted on the engine tunnel, to the left of the main ecu, on the passenger side of the car. Their is a pizo electric beeper in it. I don't think you want to unplug it, because it controls the belts.
I have been told that the dealer will fix anything associated with that seat belt system and that all you need to do is make an appointment to have them fix it. The seat belt system is apparently warranted for the life of the vehicle.
Good luck, that beeping is a royal pain in the ears.
