d16z6 in 91 civic hatch wont start no fuel

d16z6 in 91 civic hatch wont start no fuel
i just swapped in a d16z6 into my ef it cranks i have spark getting fuel to the fuel rail but the injectors r not spraying it running p28 ecu obd1 dizzy injectors and no resistor box checked my wiring back to the ecu and everything is conected were it should be
inj #1 a1 brown wire
inj #2 a3 red wire
inj #3 a5 blue wire
inj #4 a2 brown wire
all the yellow/black wires are solderes together and taped like i was told to do what could be causing the injectors to not do their job? need this car done asap being being kicked out and cant afford to tow it please help

Are you completely creating your own engine harness and dash harness or something?
There should already be existing harness wires that make this connection for you.
If you are having problems then you can probably look up a main relay pinout or schematic and see exactly which pin supplies the injectors and troubleshoot.

yeah, helms has a breakdown of the main relay and how to trouble shoot it. i just did it on my ef. its a snap

i dont have a helms ive been doing everything from this website but cant find that last thing i need i did my own jumper harness and added the plugs i needed into my original d15b1 harness is there a wire in that harness for that already if so would it b on one of the plugs that i did not need?
