Default D16Y8 rebuild question

Okay I got a D16y8 block, bare block. I got a set of Z6 internals that are all good. So what I am gonna do is use the Z6 internals in the Y8 block. Are they main bearings, oil pan gasket, are those two the same? Is there ANY difference in the blocks? I am gonna buy a Z6 rebuild kit for 250. I am ASSUMING the blocks are the same. Also front and main seals, are they the same? Also will the Z6 rings work on ZC pistons? Thats all the questions, TIA.

I believe so, if not to double check, when you order your mains and bearings, ask for the part number for the y8's, if they are the same which i think so then there you go

Im pretty sure there the same, but my main question is like the crank seal, and flywheels seal and like oil pan gasket and all. I know the Y8 has a different oil pan..

Okay so what internals should I get, using Z6 rods, Z6 crank, ZC pistons in a Y8 block, and I am assuming the Z6 and Y8 cranks are the same, so the Y8/Z6 main bearings should work. Just get the Z6 rebuild kit, and buy a new front and main seal, since those part numbers are different?
