d15b2 rocker arm torque specs

please help got head back 4rm shop and rocker arm not bolted on.. wat are the torque specs

I would purchase a repair manual this way you will have all the sequences and specifications you will need.

Rocker arm shaft pedestal bolts.... 16 ft Lbs

Rocker arm shaft end cap bolts.... 9 ft Lbs
