Default CRX Voltage Drop

So i fixed the brake light issue and ended pulling everything out of the car in the process. After putting everything back in I decide to turn the ignition on to make sure everything was proper and for whatever reason I then tried starting it with the main relay out. It made a click and then lost all power everywhere including to the ecu. thought it was a blown fuse but checked dash and hood and no blown fuse. I then traced the power from the battery to the alternator to the ignition switch and it made it all the way there. I then pulled the ecu and fusebox and checked the fusebox circuits for continuity and looked over the ecu circuit board. Fusebox circuits were good with no bleeds or resistance and visual inspection of the ecu was good. put everything back in and measured voltage again at the ignition switch, this time I'd plugged it into the fusebox and found that it caused a voltage drop across the car from 12v to like .83v. Checked grounds under the hood and they were all good between the engine and body also checked grounds under the dash by the fusebox and no resistance. I assume it's a resistance issue, but don't know how to track it down. any ideas?

Default Re: CRX Voltage Drop

Forgot to look at the battery posts..nasty corrosion around both terminals..runs better than it did before.
