Re: crx exhaust (ryyo)
I think Tanabe Touring and RSR exmag are both 2.25 (+/-) and have a stock looking tip. I went with a DNX 2.25 mid pipe (stainless steel) and had a muffler shop make me a stock copy of the axle back (but 2.25 ) and it turned out very quite. Also what plans do you have for the car? swap? turbo? na? daily, or track *****?

Planning on a dohc zc turbo, but the turbo is still a while off. I've got a complete catback that is 2.5" stainless, and want to stick with the 2.5" (I wouldn't mind 2.25" for the axle back portion if that was my only "stock" looking option). I got pulled over twice on Saturday for a modified exhaust. Not for being too loud, not for emissions, but just because the exhaust is modified. That's the Commonwealth of Virginia for ya. So now I'm looking for something that's not so obvious.
