Crank pulley bolt...
Been spraying it with pb for about a week and using a 450 ft/lb impact on it with no luck. I went a bought an impact that does 900 ft/lb and its still not budging. I've used a torch and a breaker bar with a 4 foot extension on it too.... any suggestions?

Re: Crank pulley bolt...
Heres the tool i made to loosen and torque crank balancer bolts. I took a large socket, welded tabs on two sides that fit the pulley, then ground off the ratchet side so i could hold it with a pipe wrench. Filed out the half inch drive hole till i could fit a half inch drive extension through it and put a 19mm socket on that. Works great for quick teardown and getting the correct torque on the pulley. I made it originally for a d series and then found it fit perfect in the b motors. Matco and snapon make something like this but its over a hundred bucks and i didnt have a dealer on hand at 3am that day.

I jammed a file in the flywheel and used a 4-ft gas pipe as a cheater. I broke my 17mm socket and bent one my softer 1/2 drive breaker bars before getting it off.
Honda actually make a 50mm hex fitting that holds the pulley and attaches to the FRAME
