you have some wires touching. Go thru every wire and check to make sure they're not touching. I had the same problem and it was the liscense plate wires. The plugs the bulbs go into got squashed in between the bodykit and frame.

on my crx there is a diagram on the inside cover of the dash, you know, the onethat folds down to reveal the fuses. It tells what each fuse is hooked up to. I simply inspected all the wires I could get to for all the listed componets.

the socket that held the liscense plate bulb was crushed causing the 3 wires in it that normally never touched to be all squished togather and caused a short and a fuse to blow every time the headlights turned on. Maybe somthing on your car isn't grounded. I would glady help you take a look but I doubt ricetown is anywhere near costa mesa or anaheim.

what do you mean you don't know about the liscense plate thing. I'm pretty sure thats connected to the same fuse. if you can get to it, the wires can just seperate so do that and see if it works. I'm guessing you need to check the diagram and see whats all conected to the fuse. Find which of the componets is always on and disconnect it that n put in another fuse and see if that helps. The reason I say something that is always on is because when I had a similar problem. the fuse would only blow if I turned on the headlights but if they were off the fuse was fine. So definitly look at the diagram and CAREFULLY examine every part of the things hooked up to that fuse.

Re: cluster light fuse and tail light keep blowing (chirp2hrd)
obviously you have a short...the most common cause of this is wiring from the aftermarket stereo....wire in adapter harness usuallly not using lighting connection.....all of the ones i have had to fix the wire color is orange. if it is not being used tape it off so it doesn't ground out and blow fuse.
or possibly aftermarket guages...(eg indiglos) wired up wrong
or those stupid led washer squirters
