Default Clicking noise, cant figure it out

I have a 91 crx with a b16. As i drive down the road, i here this clicking noise. Yes, ive searched, but theres nothing that i have read that is like this. The clicking noise is like the little card that kids put on there bikes. Not only does it do it in turns, but it does it going strait. The articles that ive read only make the noise when they turn. It carries on with speed, not engine rpm. (faster i go, the faster the noise is) any ideas?

usually a clicking noise is from your axles. put the car in the air and shake down the front end

Probably axles. When they get bad enough, they will click and make noise when driving straight.

yep like the other techs said... id go under the car and check both axles by holding onto the core and shake it and check for any rips or tears on the cv boot..

Cool... thanks guys. One more thing, the car also shakes left and right when driving off from a dead start. Could this be from the axles also?

Bad axel, bad wheel bearing, bad tire, bent wheel all can be checked by getting the front end up. Just lift it on the control arm and shake wheel side to side and up and down.
