Cam caps, cam seal, other seals...etc
I'm about to take apart my a6 head and other various parts of the block to replace some seals on the engine.
When I go to put the seals in for instance the cam seal, crank seal, valve seals, etc should I coat them in oil, at least on the inside, because there will be metal sliding around in it in some form or another. I know they are designed to keep oil out but wouldn't it create undue friction on the seal and possibly tear it if I didnt lube?
My other question is about torque specs because they don't have them in the online crx manual.
What are the tq specs for the cam caps? oil pan?

I have the hondabond ready to go, I'm just thinking I should only use it on the outside of the seals and oil on the inside where the shaft is and spins, does that make sense?
Anyone know the torque specs I'm looking for?
