d16a6 question!..Help.
I recently just bought a 98 ek coupe dx model it came with a d16a6 block but I'm not sure if the head is actually from a d16a6 I know this question might sound really stupid but I'm not too familiar with Crx motors does anybody know what the head should be stamped as? Mine has p20-5 is that the d16a6 head or? Any help would be appreciated.

D16A6 head is a PM3 - never heard of P20 - are you sure it is P20 and not P2J, which is the D16Y8 head? - is it a VTEC head?

Most likely a P2J-5 head (96-00 d16y8 or y7 or y5 head mini me on d16a6 block) Wipe some more oil off of it.Plug wires on exhaust or intake side? Does it have a vtec solenoid? If not,can be a d16y7 non vtec head.Need pix! (Y5 has roller rockerz btw)
