Default b16 timing belt cover removal

i am trying to take off the timing belt cover off of my b16 (its not in the car right now) and there is one bolt behind the cranskshaft pully which i can not get out i think i might have stripped it actually. is there any way to take it out with out taking out the crankshaft pulley, and if not how do i take out the crankshaft pully

Crankshaft pulley has to come off. There is one big bolt inside the pulley, remove that and you can remove the cover.
