Default ARP head studs for d16a6

stupid question:
hand tight head studs into block
install/slide on head gasket, then head
then washer and then nut on the top side of the head..

is this correct?
PS. Barring the moly lube added to the bottom and top of the head studs.

Thats the way I did mine. Its been runnibg for 2 years now so it must be OK.
