SO prior to today, my heater/vent/ac never worked. Today, I find that the wires are all tied up by the blower motor and transistor. I hook the wires up to my climate control, turn the car on, and the blower motor powers up, fan speeds work, everything works, only problem is, air never comes of the vents, regardless of what speed I put it on. Its really pissing me off because I have no idea where all the air is going :O.

Any ideas before I have to tear my dash out?

its more than likely a clogged up evaporator core for the a/c an easy way to check is to pull your glove box out and turn the heater on recirculate and see if there is air coming out of the recirculation intake port...if there is no air coming out pull your blower out and make sure there is no debris on the blower wheel or the blower housing.....i had a very low air flow out of mine and it was because of the evap core being filled with debris...you will have to pull your dash if this is the case but its really no big deal

Is the recirculation port the grill looking thing?

yes it is right above the blower resistor... if you look in there youll see a door that moves 90 degrees up and down that blocks off either intake port... when its on recirculation youll be able to see into the blower housing

I found the problem...All the foam vent seals are gone :O

the foam will lose some of the air but not as much as youre talking... if youre pulling the dash do a total reseal on the heater/air conditioning unit and check your evap core for clogs

Yeah, they're litterally all gone. Restoring them today. Where is the evap core located?

in between the blower housing and the heater core...above your left foot if sitting in the passenger seat...there are two L shaped metal straps with foam on them that seal it and then like 4 bolts to get it out once you remove it you should be able to see pretty much everything involved with your heater system i took all mine completely out and used new weatherstripping foam to reseal all of them
