Re: quick ? about hmotors online (mikeymixta)
??????
no usdm ef has mounts for a bseries.
if you buy a swap you need aftermarket mounts and shift linkage to make it work.
if they offer it to you for a good price, take it because youll need it. or buy it on your own, your choice.

Ok if you didnt think it was JDM then how can it could it be a B16 from a JDM EF?
To make it simple. All USDM EFs have D Series mounts in them. Non made for this market or the Canadian market came with B Series stock. That didnt happen untill the EG Series and newer Hondas.
To swap a 1st Generation SiR B Series motor into your EF you are going to need, mounts, axels, shift linkage, ECU, tranny, and wiring harness. If you have anything from that list you dont need to get it but those are the things you need for the swap.
Now in Canada there are SiRs but they didnt come out here untill 96 and above and they came with the 2nd Gen B Series motor in them. Make sure you are not confused with those SiRs and the JDM SiRs because the ones in Canada are the same as the us Sis. The US EXs are the Canadian Sis.
So ya there you go. If all else fails do what Vap said and call up Hmotors.

the only parts that you can use from a complete changeover are the engine transmission, intermediate shaft and axles - axles sometimes are not in good shape - better off to buy just the engine, transmission and ECU
