Default D15B OBD II non-vtec in '91 hatch.

I currently have a 1991 civic dx with a d15b7 swapped in. I have a rywire OBD 0 to OBD I harness jumper. The headgasket in my d15b7 is blown.

Will the D15B non-vtec fit by simply swapping the IM and distributor? Does the OBD II D15B non-vtec have a hole in the head for manual fuel pump? Is $500 too much for the D15B non-vtec?

I am working with limited funds. If you have a better suggestion for motor to swap I am willing to listen. I can not afford new drive axles, so the axles must fit.

Thank you,
HM Crunch
