89 crx wont start, no fuel pressure, no spark, but engine cranks

89 crx wont start, no fuel pressure, no spark, but engine cranks
I hooked up a direct connection to the fuel pump and it works great
no spark from spark plugs... used 2 diff dizzys, going to try my buddies out of his crx to make sure though.
starter cranks over but nothing else happens... all lights work. when attempting to turn over, the check engine light is somewhat dim and flashes while the other lights around it are all bright like they should be.
changed the ecu and still doesnt change anything and also checked ALL 4 spark plug wires with a diff spark plug each time, still nothing.
PLEASE HELP! im really stumped on this one.
D16z6 head, D16a6 block, stock intake, stock exhaust, D15B dizzy/LS dizzy(just for testing), stock si tranny, vtec not hooked up

if needed, i can recieve calls for easier and faster help. Just ask

do you have the ground wire coming out of the engine harness connected at the thermostat housing?
what ECU do you have? if you have OBD0 ECU, you need MPFI OBD0 distributor like Si/HF/EX, however, the OBD0 Si/HF/EX distributor won't bolt to the Z6 head, which gives you another problem

one time i had that problem too, the solution to my problem was the engine harness plugging into chassis harness on drivers side wasnt plugged in all the way, check ecu ground also..

check the alternator solenoid fuse, if that checks out then check the main relay that was my problem when it happened to me.... the fuse i mean. If its blown you wont have fuel pressure or spark.

i have same problem. 1995 integra b18c1 crank but no fuel pressure and no spark. I t was running fine except the alternator went out on mine. when I replaced it engine turned over ran for a min or two then died. restarted it and it died in less time. after that no start but cranks.... fuel pump don't click. new relay. still cant find solution. stumped mechanic as well so far.
