Default 89 Civic HB issue with CEL

So my 89 has a 94 d16Z6 rebuilt with 9k recently started getting starting issues fount it was the battery and starter. Now when i finished everything, driving it, the car started jerking while driving at maintained speed and when letting off the gas. Eventually CEL came on and i pulled the codes and it read to me first was code 7, then i got a long blink 10, then it took a little bit to blink 6 more times but i dont know if its code 10 and 6 or 16? Now when i drive the car it jerks more and stays idling high temp reads normal but sometimes coming at a full stop the car will bog down like its dying then pick back up. If anyone has any info right now, this is my DD and im broke till friday and i dont want to have to buy a bunch of sensors only to find out theyre not the full solution. I can see about posting a video of the CEL pulling later if requested, for a better understanding. Im off tomorrow so ill have time to do test.

P28 ECU?

Reset the ECU and take car for a drive. If CEL turns on during the drive, jump the service connector and post a video of the CEL blinking the codes.

Are you sure the engine isn't overheating? Does the temp gauge in the cluster work?

Does coolant in the reservoir sometimes overflow? Any coolant loss? The radiator cap should be releasing the excess pressure in the cooling system.

Remove the radiator cap to see if coolant is low there too. Top off with coolant if low. Fill reservoir with coolant between the max and min lines. Check regularly after driving to see if the coolant is lost or overflows the reservoir.

no prob doing the ecu reset right now coolant is not topped, but i can see some still in there im gonna let my phone charge and im gonna take a vid after the drive. Also ive rarely ever had to put in a lot of coolant most of the time when i top it, it only takes a little bit in.
theres 2 sensors under the dizzy that i had to put butt connectors cuz they broke off when i switch the dizzy last time.
