Default 1990 crx w/b18c1 swap (won't start) need help

I was driving my crx that has a gsr swap in it and it just turned off, like I was out of gas. It turns over but won't start. I haven't done any recent mods since the problem. I put gas in to see if it was out, but still won't start. The fuel pump primes and turns on for about 3-seconds. I can hear the main relay clicking with the key turned twice so the gauges turn on. I checked for spark at the dizzy and plugs. Everything checks out, the igniter, the coil pack all have continuity and give out about 12 volts. The fuel reaches the fuel rail but when I took out the injectors, the injectors won't spray the fuel out. So I checked the resistance on the injectors and the ohms are 11 to 12 on each injector. I checked the plugs that fit onto the injectors and 10 or so volts are passing through them. The injectors look fine, no crack or anything but I replaced two injectors to see if these will spray the fuel but they still don't. When I take the injector out of the fuel rail, fuel will come out of the fuel rail but I just can't figure out why it won't come out of the injectors. Any advice, info would be greatly appreciated.

Well if your engine is not obd0, you don't use the injector resistor box. I'm guessing your engine is not obd0. Unless you're using the obd0 injectors w/the gs-r, you don't need the resistor box. This may be your problem.

Replace main relay under dash beside fuse box, mine was doing pretty much same thing.

I don't know if I'm running obd0 injectors but I am running the resistor box. My injector plugs are cut so I think it's gsr injectors cut to the crx obd0 harness. The crx is jumpered to obd1.

Should I replace my main relay, even though it's clicking. It's just a pain in the butt to get another one. I also ran my injectors to a straight ground and when the key was turned over twice the injectors would spray. The injectors don't spray when I just prime the fuel pump, without the ground I just made for the injectors. I might have a bad ground somewhere but the only ground for the injectors should be on the thermostat and that looks good and tight (no corrosion).

My engine harness is all obd0 and I have a jumper conversion harness which runs wires to the vtec solenoid ect.... I've been driving this car for a while without any problems except for a thermostat change. I really think it's a bad ground but I just don't know where.

Check this before changing main relelay, turn key on and look at fuel pressure gauge to make sure you have pressure,, heres the tricky part, keep looking at gauge and turn key to start position and if pressure gauge drops back some then the power is being cut to pump. it took me a little while to figure mine out. If it is doing want i just said then you can unbolt main relay let it hang there and smack it a couple times, keep doing it until you see pressure gauge comes back to your normal pressure and stays they, and starts. If that happens change main relay. Good Luck.

That sounds like something that could be the problem, I will deffinetly check that out and take out the main relay.

How it sits now, fuel primes and comes all the way to the fuel rail it just won't come through the injectors ever unless I ground them right to the negative battery terminal. The car started but was starving of fuel so I turned it off. I know the fuel comes all the way to the fuel rail cause i pulled an injector off just after the pump primed and fuel spat out of the injector. Something is not telling these injectors to open. Maybe some of this info could make it better to understand what the problem is. I'm just stumpt!

ok, if u r running a gsr swap u r running obd 1 or obd 2 injectors in the motor right? the injector resistor box needs to come off. cut all the wires going into the resistor box, throw box away, strip the ends on all the wires u just cut and twist them together, car should start and run right.
