Default Z6 Block Y7 Head, ECU, Timing Belt & Water Pump Question

Im currently working on a Z6 Block Y7 Head.

The car stopped all of the sudden. tried to start, it would not turn over. it's like its hesitating to start.

I have searched here and other forums that had almost the same problem as I have.

Replaced starter, fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs & wires, distributor cap, rotor. still wont start.

My last guess is the ECU or Timing.

Since the block is Z6, I should get a pump for the Z6, right?

What timing belt? it has Y7 cam, so I should get the Y7 belt, right?

Can I use any ECU just to test if its the ECU that is broken? it has a P2E ECU right now.

Any info would help.

Ugh. Why? As you can see, all you're doing is making things much harder on yourself.

I just dont see why, all of the sudden, when you ask "the experts" they point you to google with random answers.

I'm going to bet you that I can find the answer to your questions on Google, just like I always do, where you seem to be incapable of doing do. BTW, there were 44,500 search results. I doubt HIGHLY that you even read a fraction of them.

Oh, since the Y8 and the Y7 both share the same parts maybe you should be looking at the Y8 headswap as well?
Oh2. And your timing will probably be off as well.

Since the block is z6 and the z6 timing belt is the same as the Y7/Y8 then use what you have= the z6 pump. U forgot to mention what year civic sounds like obd-2 since you are using the P2E. So if you have the z6 block stock without changing the oil pump to an obd-2 one or doing the ckf bypass trick then you would be missing the ckf sensor which is indispensible
