WTF - RPM AND SPEEDO GOING CRAZY PLEASE HELP :crook:
Ok, so i was driving to work, and i let go of the gas to do a turn when i noticed my rpm and speedo jumping back n fourth, so i thought nothing of it. I started to accelerate and it went back to normal, but every time i would turn my turn signals, let go of the gas or anything electrical they would go crazy.
Also when i turned my headlights they where flickering and barely even coming on (HIDs). Now i checked out all my ground connections and they are perfect and to tell you the truth i'm at a lost cus i haven't a clue WTF is wrong. I drove my car earlier with not one problem. When i got to work, i turned the car off and i quickly went to go turn it back on and it seemed like it had a dead battery. So i left it alone for afew minutes and tried it again and it turned on like a champ and everything seemed normal. But when i shut the car off again and tried once more it was acting like before. Also when i turned the car on i unplugged the positive from the battery while running and it shut right off, is that normal ?? I can't think right now being that i have been awake for almost 24 hours
If anybody has a clue in what to check/resolve this please let me know thanks

Re: (uneek360)
can sum1 please confirm that it's my alternator ?? I don't wanna spend $300 for a new one and it not be the issue... though i strongly feel that it's the culprit.

You can use a ohmeter to test the alternator. Check a haynes manual or something to find out exactly what the voltage should be at when trying to start. I don't know what it should be off hand.
