HELP!! I just bought a set of nology spark plug wires and installed them on my car. When I went to turn on my car it wont start, it turns over but wont crank. I put my old wires on and tried again and it does the same thing. Im getting spark and fuel pressure is good. I even swapped distributors and checked all fuses. Is there something im missing? Any advice is welcome.

Only thing the motor needs to start is fuel, air, and spark (at the right time). If you have that, it should fire up. If you have correct timing (which i'd tripple check) spark and fuel pressure, maybe the injectors aren't opening?

Timing is spot on and fuel pressure is good. I just had my dad check the spark and he said that the "spark looks weak"?

Having fuel pressure does not always mean that the injectors are firing.

i would change the rotor in the distrubitor, i had this same problem.. when you switched your spark plug wires did you take the negative off the battery? if not thats the problem. let me know how it works out.

no i Didnt disconnect the negative cable

really? ive never had this problem, and i went through a set of autozone wires almost monthly.

You can check the injectors with a multimeter to see if they get signal to them.

Lmfao I feel like a dumbass I have the distributor order right but on the notor I have the order from distributor-> cam gears as 1-2-3-4. I should have paid more attention when I took the wires off, my dad asked me.the same thing and I swore up and down it was right. Im at work now so when I get off ill swap them but im positive I f'd up the order. Thanks so much for the help everyone makes noob mjstakes every now and then lmfao
