Default wires thru the firewall

Okay, i give. I need to run some wires thru the firewall in my 97 Honda Civic HX but i can't seem to find a current opening i can use anywhere. I don't want to drill a new hole cause i can't tell if there is or isn't something in the way on the other side. okay, okay, i know i'm looking for the easy way to do this but i'll also take the hard way if anyone can help. thanks.

I usually take a clothes hanger and poke a hole through an existing wire harness grommet rubber thingy and pull the wire through with the hanger.

There is a grommet under your battery tray on the passenger side. Remove it and snake a coat hanger through the hole.. It'll take some work but it will come out under the carpet on the passenger side.

I pushed mine through the grommet under the passengers side of the dashboard *underneath*. Ive run wires for my alarm and my power wire for my sub...so it shouldnt be hard to get 1 or 2 in there!!

Put some silicone on the wire where it goes thru the gromet. It'll keep any water from seeping into the car and under the carpet. It only takes a sec, and will prevent a huge problem in the future.
good luck
