hi my 96 civic windshield wiper wont move when I use the nozzle I have to turn on the windshield wiper to wipe the wiper that my nozzle sprayed. Is it suppose to do that just got this civic from my friend.

Not all Civic trims have this^ function. However, you can get the function by pinning a new wire to the ICU and wiper switch.
I don't have the answer to this^ specific question, but all 96-00 Civic ICUs have the function. The only difference between trims is the presence or absence of a Wht/Blk wire connecting the ICU to the wiper switch.
