Default window off track - '95 EG hatch - PICS

Last night on the way home from the meet, I cracked my window down while driving to talk to a friend who was in the other lane, and right after that I couldn't roll it back up. I only rolled it down like 3/4s of the entire window, but it was stuck real good.

So today I decided to pop off my door panel and check things out.. well first thing I noticed was that the window edge closest to my fender was totally out of whack:

In this picture, I already aligned the window back in spec with where it was supposed to be. In order to move the window around to get it back into the right spot, I took out this bolt which gave me quite a bit of wiggle room:

Anyways, right after I got the window back into shape in that spot, I bolted it back up, and upon testing, it messed up again. I rolled the window all the way up, and on the way down it got stuck a little, gave, then as I rolled it down it was off track once more. I've been messing with it for the past 30 minutes and if I keep messing with it anymore I'm either gonna A) break something due to frustration or B) commit suicide

Any input? Thanks!

it is the "door welt" if i am calling it by it's correct name. it is basically all the rubber channel around the window.

i have had/seen several cars with this issue, and the welt fixed it every time.

they get tweaked somehow and never want to go back to working...

easy to replace, don't even have to take the window out if you're good...

Where is that located? Is it the rubber channel in the first picture, or the one on the opposite side of the door (closest to the door handle)?

Oh, and I assume I could buy it from Honda or something like that, right? I'm gonna check out Majestic Honda and see if they have that part online or something... thanks though.

Get a new window regulator. Its bent or the guide wheels are broken. do yourself a favor dont try to straighten it the regulator will only bend again and you will be in the same boat. Last one I replaced was around $45.00 but you really have no way around it

its # 1 or 8 in the photo www.hondaprtsdeals.com has them for under $60

Waaack. I was hoping it wasn't the regulator, but oh well. Looks like I'm going to the junkyard Monday to search for one, and if I can't find one I'll search eBay and whatnot.

Thanks for the help guys!
