Default window crank removal

I have a 1994 civic si 2 dr coupe and yesterday when i tried to do up the window, it got half way up and stuck (manual windows) I think it fell off the track but i can't get the window crank off to get inside the door?? Any idea's as to the problem or how to remove the crank would be great. Oh when the window would go up it would slide forward, towards the engine, leaving a gap. thanks

use a flat head screwdriver and push pin out and the crank will come out. watch out the pin will sometimes fly out.

Once you remove the door panel. Check the window regulator. There is a possibility it could be bent. The rubber channel gaskets could also have rotted which keep the window glass on track.

If the gasket doesnt appear to be rotted away along the track lining, slide it back into place. The window channel gasket is a very long piece. Squeeze it back and attempt to insert the window glass back in. You might need to fool around with it for a little while.
