Default will a integra catback exhaust fit a civic?

hey guys. well my friend has a RS-R catback exhaust from a 94' integra Ls that hes thinking about selling. and i was wondering if it will fit my 00' EM1. searched for it n couldnt find an answer. if it does, what kind of mods do i have to do to make it fit, if any.

it should work. i have a mugen twin loop exhaust on my eg hatch that is off of a dc2 integra we did have to shorten the piping that cam off the collector a foot or so but that is something that even the most pathetic muffler shop can do without messing up. just take it to them after you have measured what you need taken off. or better yet cut out the part you don't need and then just have them weld it.

hope it works!!!!!

peace

dude its the same as mine, the difference you may discover is that you won't have to cut off quite as much i think i cut a little more than a foot off but other than that it will fit perfect....get it if he sells it it'll be work a couple hundred

sup guys. well heres a update on the exhaust. just put it on today n it does fit somewhat. its just a few inches short, but it sounds nice n it looks like i dont have a exhaust. haha its right behind the bumper. performance wise, theres more top end n thats bout it. RS-R FTW!!!

hi, i'm lookin at a used greddy sp2 for an integra , does that mean all i have to do is have it cut a few inches and then weld it back together for it to fit on my 00 Si?

it depends, if you get one for the hatchback you will probly have to add a little pipe to the axleback portion. but it would fit even without that it would just be tucked under the bumper a little bit. everything under the car is the same except maybe the connection at the header. you might have to change from the 2 to 3 or 3 to 2 bolt pattern.

Ur exactly right i bought the yonaka for my Integra cus i was looking at the civic & integra catback and they pretty much the same so if the muffler would be behind the bumper alil i can live wit that i save 100 bucks cus the yonaka for integra is 329.00 and for civic is 239.00 so anyone that's gonna buy yonaka for integra buy it like it was for civic ek 96-00 if u dnt mind the muffler been alil bit tucked other than that is awesome i hook it to a rmf v2 narrow megaphone header wit the test pipe

Doesn't matter if it's new to you. If it's new to you, read it, appreciate, and don't **** up the forums by bumping it.

Respectfully, the forum does exist for people like yourself to learn. We now have a wealth of knowledge accumulated which is here for anyone to learn from. There is also a common courtesy understood by most if not all forums and forum members that you do not bump up old ancient threads which is what you did. By turning around and snapping and the other members in attempt to make yourself look...however you think it makes you look, you just took away from your own credibility. In the future, please check to make sure you're not bumping up old threads. It would be worthwhile for you to also visit the FAQ and read over the Forum Rules for your own benefit.

Have a good day.

Because they weren't the ones to start lashing out at anyone.

I did, you were told the thread was old and not to "****" up the forums. If the word "****" was your trigger understand it was used as a verb and not directed as an insulting manner directly at you. If that's how you took it though, grow thicker skin. This is the internet and you will find it happens quite often.

The feeling is mutual and I'm sure most will agree with it as well. Problem here is you disrespected first so now no one will respect you.

I would have but they haven't exactly done anything wrong until you started cussing at them. Now that you have done that, I feel it is "fair" that they retaliate in an equal manner wouldn't you agree? I mean you'll get there respect when you give them yours. Anyways I'm a third party, you guys can go back and forth all you want. At the end of the day, we'll still be here to help those that want it.

I don't know them at all outside of mostly agreeing with their advice on other threads, we all live in different areas of the country. It's funny that you say...
