Default Will 13 inch wheels fit on Civic EX ?

As in the title ...

Will 13inch wheels fit on a 98 Civic EX ?

Oh, this is the Candian spec EX, therefore = D16Y7 engine, 4 door sedan.

thank in advance for your help.

not onthe front, they will on the back if you have drums

unless you get spacers then they may fit the front
