Re: Where to buy d16z6 (GokuSs4)
Call Steve at hmotorsonline and ask him if he has any ZC Vtec engines in stock. They are identical to the D16Z6 and only cost like 50 dollars more than the D15B. Either the D15B or ZC Vtec will be perfect for a commuter car, try getting an S20 B000 tranny while you at it for an additional 150. Good Luck

D16Z6 and ZC Vtec are IDENTICAL, so parts are interchangeable. D15B and D16Z6 heads are identical but you might run into some problems if you want to build the D15b bottom end since I believe not many companies manufacture rods for them.

What I mean by the D15b and D16Z6 heads been identical I mean they both use PO8 heads and the parts could be interchangeable.

Isn't the ZC a dual overhead?
I picked up a D16Z6 complete for 350. That is block, head, tranny, water pump, timing belt, ect, ect.
Make a post in the WTB ads and look through the FS threads.
