take a look at FF drag racers. have you ever noticed that when they shift gears, the back end dips down? well it does. so wheelie bars help gets all of the transfer weight in front of the drive wheels.

fwd drag race cars use wheelie bars, to keep the front suspension loaded. look at steph's aem civic or lisa kubo's race car they all have wheelie bars, just not used for the same purpose as a rear wheel drive drag car.
