my friend has a 93 civic coupe and recently he bought rims for the car. the shop gave him a deal on them but they lied to us on the size, and they are 15's instead of 16's. should he keep em or go back and get a refund. he wants to get a 40 tire for it, and the car sits pretty low as it is, so were not sure. they are rota wheels, the volk knockoffs silver with polished lip and the car is red. suggestions..

Damn, he got played. If he wants 16"s get 16"s no doubt about it, dont keep that **** if you didn't want it.

yea he did get played i guess. they told us they were 16's and we got a good price for them, but then i checked the box at home and it said 15.

hmmm.... do they look like this?

if they do, i'd say he got rota grids, which are sweet looking...

if it were up to me i'd demand the difference in price between 16's and 15's and then just be happy i found grids... they are fairly hard to come by these days.

I should also note,
you cant get 40series tires for 15's.

I mean maybe some super rare discontinued backordered wierdness.

but seriously, the smallest sidewall tire your going to get is 195-50's
