What's with my brakes?!
I just got some new rotors and I bought brake pads about 2 months ago, but they were pretty cheap. Whenever I drive my car like 30+ miles, my brakes make a pretty bad grinding noise when I'm braking at slow speeds (like pulling into a parking spot) and I can feel a definite vibration in the brake pedal. I've already had them checked by a mechanic but couldn't find anything wrong. Cheers to whoever can help me figure out what it might be!

I did. I'm getting a new one tomorrow. I've been to this mechanic 4 times for the same reason. Anyways, could it be my rear brakes? those are fairly old. bump

Yes it could, a grinding noise when on the brakes is very good indication that you are on metal to metal contact, usually the backing plate of the pad grinding on the rotor/drum.
