The y7 makes 106 horsepower, and adding the intake and exhaust mani from your Y8 would be a direct bolt on. I have been told the Intake mani is what makes most of the difference between these engines, so swapping that would help.

you can also take your head off your y8 and install it onto your y7 and also install your manifolds onto the y7 and your tranny from your y8 and you would probally make a bit more then the stock 127 of your y8. Search "mini me swap" and you'll find tons of info.

First time you blow an engine is tramadic. Now that you are used to it, I say you should get some spray and continue buying inexspensived engines while just swapping out the nitrous system..

You made two topics?<_>

yes everything is a direct bolt for you. the headers would be an exception, however your car is an ex, so yes everything for a y8 would bolt up. as said earlier lookup mini-me and do that asap.
