what mpg are you getting with your h22 swapped hatch?
i was wondering what kinda fuel economy those of you with h22 swped hatch's are getting? i currently have a 5th gen preude with the h22 and i average around 25mpg and a little higher like 27-28mpg on the highway. i've heard many diffrent answers to the mpg question with the h22 swaps in hatches from 40mpg to 20mpg. i'm just looking into something a little better on gas and a little lighter and quicker.
was whats your mpg and whats in your setup?

That's it? wow....the EPA estimate for the H22A1 in the prelude was 22/27 and that's in a much heavier car than a hatch. As long as you're easy on them I've seen 30+ mpg in a properly tuned car. Gearing has a little bit to do with it as well.

I'm looking at buying a h22 swapped EG hatch and I'm wondering this same question. I'm buying the car for a good gas mileage DD and I want to at least get 25-29mpg.
I would really like to see some more people say what they get with there h22 EG. After all it has been 3 years.
