If your ordering them for your specific application and the part number ends in -11 that means they are pregapped to 1.1mm which is factory spec.

With such little upgrades as that:
NGK...regular ****** standard plugs...no extra gapping, no platinum or gold or any other extra ****...regular NGK's for a B16 will be plenty good enough...

7's are probably a bit overkill for an N/A setup, that is the exact part number we run in boosted setups, but everyone has their own preference, honestly I have run several different heat ranges and it doesn't seem to make any real difference.
