well you dont need a jumper. just make the b20 obd1. as for ecu just get a hondata S300 ready p28 and tune it.

hondata s300 is imo the best tunning software on the market. and it lets you tune basiclly everything in your motor. and no you wont because the p28 they give you are obd1.

no that would be considered the data logging street tune! for WOT you would properly need a dyno although i have heard of some tuners preferring the strip too tune not sure how true that is?

in a nut shell is is a program that will allow you too tune for everything you have installed on your car too hypothetically max your gains from what you have installed on your car
also on a side note will allow you too turn off all that stupid bullshit sensors you do not need!

i am sure there would be a lot of people who would disagree with this statement <crome pro> is also a viable alternative too the hondata and also i might a lot more cost effective which would yeild the same results!
also never used my self but i have heard some really interesting and good things about the AEM ECU
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by dannis. »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">well you dont need a jumper. just make the b20 obd1. as for ecu just get a hondata S300 ready p28 and tune it.</TD></TR></TABLE>
that is true however it is easier IN MY OPINION too just get the jumper! as for ECU any obd1 can be made too work with your setup. p28 is a fav among a lot of people also p30 and so forth can also be used for your setup which is also OBD1 ecu
then too make things more complicated you have the JDM obd1 ecu's lol......
hope this helps?

expletive hondata. Get a chipped p28 on Crome or crome pro and call it a day.
If you want to spend money for a good tuning program, get neptune.

you beat me to it, expletive hondata indeed.
you dont have to get a p28, you can get any obd1 ecu, send it to someone like me and have it converted chipped to your needs, then you take your EEPROM ( electronic erasable programable read only maps) to a dyno and have them do there magic.
im selling a few ecus if interested http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...d=1,1

Word, you only need the basic .bin image on there - the rest can be tweaked if it's dyno tuned.

Well i am sure anyone here serious about maxing there gains out of anything they do or spend on there car WITH LOGICAL reasoning would get a retune
Obviously you would not get a retune for a new clutch if you get my drift here lol
