I have a 95 civic sedan d16z6 swapped runs fine, about a month or so ago I hit a big deer in it, I fixed everything cosmetic wise, a few weeks later I started hearing a grinding noise (like metal on metal)
I bought a new (used) tranny had it installed and for about 2 days it went away, but it came back so I bought a full exedy clutch kit had it installed it didn't help. It grinds in between gears, in 2nd gear if I let off the gas and it always grinds in 3rd only time it doesn't grind is when I smash on it... Any pointers? What should I look at now? Bad axle or something maybe? I have no clue at this point I'm over $800 into this repair after hitting the deer and I'm about ready to just get rid of this car if I can't figure this out. Any help is appreciated..

By the way the deer hit on the passenger side, pushed in the engine bay and mangled up the core support. Fixed everything except the core support, but it got pulled most of the way out at a local body shop.
