Default water pump and timing belt repleacement

i have a a b16a3 engine... i need to change the water pump and timing belt.... do i need to retime the engine when i change the water pump and how???

what the hell is retime the engine... please google or search HT on diy timing belt replacement real easy to do if mechanically inclined
only thing u need is this website to set timing marks

yes, you must rest the timing after you change the timing belt.

If you dont have the crank pulley tool or an impact gun, don't bother trying... twin cams are kind of a pain in the *** to time the cams right, I know a honda specialist that said he would do it for $250 if I bought the parts (and that was including cam seals and everything).
