hey guys.. first off i want to thank h-t for the time i've had here.. reading, learning, teaching and enjoying the sport. Sorry if i goof explaing this, i'm very tired, and on pain killers. (too many?)

Anyways.. last night at 2am i came out of work to smoke a cig. My car.. my baby, every paycheck, every hour, i spend with my car.. and i've made it very orginal and pefect to my standards... b20 auto, t66 turbo, fully built engine(matt kempt at PassionMotors NY) level 10 transmission with the padel shift, hondata, etc.. i've dumped way too much into this car..

So you can understand that when i walked out and watched these 2 mother ******* in my car, hearing my starter(which is almost dead) crank over and die i almost passed out.. i just froze and could'nt understand why 2 people where in my car trying to turn it over.. then my brain kicked in.. and i bit down so hard i chipped my tooth.. i ran so fast, i was so mad.. they cranked it over again but it just chewed threw the starter... again and again, when i got about 20ft the pasenger got out and started to run, i threw my coffee at him, which got like 5 ft.. think i just threw it at the ground.. hehe

i went right for the driver... he locked the doors and started yelling this is his friend jakes car.. for some odd reason i did'nt hear him.. i just wanted blood. i pulled the door but he locked it.. i punched threw the window.. and he started to jump over to the passenger door.. breaking my laptop table(grr) and opened the door. by the time he had the door open an inch i was already on the other side, he closed it on my hand and i threw the door open.. i grabbed his by his hair and pulled as hard as i can and feel back on my *** with a clump of hair on in my fist.. i got up and grabbed the door which he did'nt lock and grabbed him as he started to turn to the drivers door. I had him by the arm and side and pulled him out, he was a 19, about 160, i'm 23, anger as all hell and 250(chubby kids own). when he was on the ground i started punching him in the face over and over. I feel no reguard. He now resides in boston medical with a fractured skull.

The disgusting part is i was arrested. I could face 2 years. I was sent on bail for 2,500. This is complete bullshit and i have lost ALL respect for the american justice system. This car is my life, and i have ignored all other facets of life besides building my car. His friend is still missing but they know his name/address. The driver has a felony warrent for argervated assault or something..

I'm going to be starting a massive compaign againts this, i will be scanning all info and uploading it to a website dedcated to this. I will not stand by helpess as i am raped of all my joy. If someone if taking your passion, you deserve the right to fight back.. a child, a lover, a car it's all a matter of how much you invested into that item.

I will keep everyone updated. Please pray with my that he dies. Also if the lawyer, d.a, police, judge(no disrepect) reads this, please suck my ****, suck it until i'm blue in the face you ******* worthless injustice ******* bastards.

i'm off to bed. I'll scan the police report and pics of the car and crime sceene cuase im sure some of you will call bs or bug me.

Congrats on stopping another low life piece of sh@t. Sorry to hear you got arrested for protecting yourself and property. Hope everything works out for you. Get a good lawyer, and don't try to worry too much it will work out in the end.

damn dude. good luck with the legal system. i agree with everything you said about all the legal *******. i had a similar encounter, dude kicked my car for some stupid *** reason and put a dent in it i hit him a couple of times and served 6 weeks for it. so anyway good luck dude.

Let me start by saying that I hope you get off easy. You were protecting your baby and we can all understand the rage that came over you. But...

Thieves will try to steal and cops will arrest people who send people to the hospital with broken faces. That's a given. Deal.

To all of you who say you will try to kill a thief:
1. This guy is lucky HE didn't get killed. Sure he's big and raging, but two against one? If one of the thieves carried a weapon he could have died. Of course it's your choice if you are willing die for a car. Personally, it would have to be something more important than myself and my car is not.
2. The thief could die as a result of his injuries you give to him. The judge and jury deciding your fate will not care how much time and money you put into your motor swap. Good luck finding a job and having a nice life after you get out.

People who simply the US legal system/cops/thieves who don't understand there are always consequences of your actions:

I'm gonna agree on this one... if this guy dies you're looking at manslaughter charges (at the very least, possibly murder) which don't carry a light penalty that last time I checked. I don't with the fact that you were arrested but alot of people sure are hoping for this guy to die which is pretty sad, because even if he was a theif, he was still a human being and I'm sure he had some sort of family too.

For the last time, the US legal system is not a joke. Sure it's not perfect, but it gives people a chance to represent themselves ("fight back") and get a favorable judgement. It sounds like this guy intends to do just that.

Would you prefer a legal system that cuts the hands off thieves and beheads/stones/crushes people who punch people's skulls in? If you say yes, you're an idiot.

And another thing, one guy beating up one thief will not make them stop. Neither will concealed weapons. Only when thieves have no reason to steal (lack of $$$) will they stop. See that happening anytime soon?
