Default vtec solenoid problem

i've got an oil leak, changed out the cam seal, dizzy o-ring, and the vtec solenoid gasket twice. The first time changing out the vtec gasket, it had a bit of tear on it, it was replaced. Up until 2-3 weeks later it starts leaking again, ended up changing that one out and it was a bit ripped. new one is installed 2 weeks ago, and i check the engine and it was leaking from the vtec solenoid. I would think it could be the upper head gasket of the vtec solenoid, but it looks like its not leaking from up there period. any idea's why its still leaking? i have not yet to check if the vtec gasket is ripped or not, but most likely it is.

the gasket seems like it fits fine tho.

Are you installing them properly? I can imagine no if they keep getting ripped up. Using gasket sealer?

no need for gasket sealer.. a properly replaced gasket will not require any.. the only reason we use hondabond on our main oil seals and pan gasket is cuz of the crank moving.. no need on a stationary gasket

no, i do not use any sealer. I always clean the surfaces as much as i can before bolting it in. When i bolt it in, i hand tighten all 3 of them first and work my way around each one.
