was just wondering becuase my friend mentioned that it might be a problem so im seeing what anyone else can tell me
the setup:

is a 99 civic cx
with obd1 gsr swap
obd 1 ecu
with obd2 wire harness

i was looking to get a obd2 dizzy and was wondering if there is going to be any problems or is there anything i need to change at the ecu when i change the DIZZy

well first you cant run that ecu UNLESS you have a obd2a/b to obd1 ecu convershion harness, to run that gsr with an obd2 harness, you need to change the injectors to obd2, alternator to obd2, adn the dizzy to obd2, you can borrow all those parts from your old D motor expect for the dizzy. for the dizzy you can get a new/used one or buy a dizzy convershion harness. after you got that motor converted then its up to you whether to run a obd1 or obd2 ecu, just remember obd2 plugs in and obd1 will require a convshion harness

i know that everything is done in conversion i just blew the dissy and was wondering if there is any problems running it with obd1 ecu i dont think there is but a friend thought maybe.. just need to know before i buy
