Default Upstream/downstream 02 sensor swap

The car is a 99 civic dx D16Y7. I seem to be having an issue with this code (p0141) that just came on. I figured out it is the O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2) code. I am assuming the o2 sensor is bad, so I want to replace it with an OEM one since I hear that there could be some shady ones out in the aftermarket. Ive seen original ones can go pretty expensive, so I decided to hit up the local wrecking yard with no luck finding the downstream 02 sensor. What I did find was a couple of upstream 02 sensors, which lead me to my question. Is there a difference between the upstream and downstream sensors? I noticed they both have the same color wiring ( blk, blk, green, white.) The plan is to use on of these upstream 02 sensors with the downstream wiring harness, and hook it up after the cat. Has anyone tried this or see any issues with this idea?

I think the plugs are different. Have you checked the fuse for the heater circuit? I've seen the heater circuit randomly pop power feed fuses, replaced the fuse, and it be fine (random excessive current draw caused by heat ???).

I will check this out even though my scanner live feed has been reading that it has power. Nevertheless, it can be an easy issue such as a fuse...
