Default Turning/vibration issue

I've got a 2000 Civic EX lowered about 1.5" on koni yellow sp3's and ground controls with stock top hats and 430lbs fr and 400lbs rr. I've also got energy suspension bushings front the front end links.

I have this issue where when backing out or moving forward while turned right, doesn't really matter how far, I get this clunking or chunky sound. It only does it when going at slow speeds as in real slow speeds 10mph and when turning right. Never occurs turning left.

There was a hole in my left tie rod boot for the ball joint but replaced it and lubed it up with a ES equivalent. At first i thought it was my axle since it was also leaking but replaced that and didn't help.

I was thinking it could be the inter tie rod or possibly the tie rod end.

I also started to feel a vibration at higher speeds (around 70 +) going down the interstate. My steering wheel will start to vibrate. I had the front two wheels rebalanced and they were both 1.75 oz off. maybe he did them wrong, but afterward it seemed a bit worse.

Sorry for the long post but I hope I've provided you with adequate information.

Maybe a wheel bearing or is it clunking while turning the steering wheel or holding the steering wheel right and driving in a circle? and id say more a ball joint (lower or upper) than a tie rod, but i havent seen the car

The upper and lower ball joints are new. When turning right and driving in a circle it'll only do it until it shifts into place. Like i'll start off it'll clunk but it'll stop until i shift directions. make sense?

When i sit still w/o the car on and jerk the steering wheel back and forth a hear a clunking noise. is that normal?

I'm going to try to get a hold of some chassis ears today at work and see if I can pin point the problem.

I got the replacement axle from my brother which was oem, but used. there is no play within the ball joints.

Funny thing is.... I got a funny feeling and decided to tighten my upper control arms to the tower because they were replaced recently. And the fact that a buddy mechanic said you can feel the vibrations within the shock tower. They felt loose but not extremely loose.

I tightened them up and never had the problem since. This was last friday. My vibration has also become non-existent for the most part.

Thanks again for the help.
